Scarecrow Competition: To celebrate National Allotment Week Carrickfergus Borough Council is running a ‘Scarecrow Competition’ sponsored by Sunnybank Garden Centre at Eden Allotment Gardens on Saturday 7th August 2010. Your scarecrows can be anything from the traditional scarecrow in dungarees and checked shirt to a themed scarecrow! How do I enter? Bring your scarecrow along to Eden Allotment Gardens on Saturday 7th August. Entries must be received by 2pm. Simply complete the entry form below and bring it with you on the day.
